RevEx provides software tools that assist users in exporting and organizing marketplace review data. Features may change, be improved, or discontinued at any time.
3. Eligibility
You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and will comply with all applicable laws and marketplace terms.
4. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, RevEx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased products for your internal business or personal purposes.
5. One-Time Purchases
Where advertised, Pro licenses are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access to the purchased product version and future improvements at RevEx discretion. Taxes may apply.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not misuse licenses or attempt unauthorized redistribution.
- Do not interfere with RevEx infrastructure or security.
- Do not use RevEx for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
7. Third-Party Platforms
RevEx is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by marketplaces unless expressly stated. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable marketplace policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, documentation, designs, and content associated with RevEx remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Availability
RevEx aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with future marketplace changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevEx isAA provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
